My boardroom-focused expertise includes corporate strategy evaluation, ESG integration, and risk governance. I bring a consultative approach to complex governance challenges, having guided multiple boards through regulatory transitions and governance transformations.
Fluent in English and Arabic with deep experience across MEA, Latin America, and European markets, I offer a valuable perspective on cross-border governance and emerging market dynamics. Currently enhancing my director portfolio with AI Governance certification.
